Cougars Take Two of Three in Three Day Stretch with Wins Over University of Saint Francis (Ind.) and Shawnee State

Box Score 1 GREENTOWN, Ind. & NOTRE DAME, Ind. - IU Kokomo women's tennis went 2-1 over a three day stretch, defeating Saint Francis and Shawnee State at home before dropping the finale at Saint Mary's Saturday night.

THE RUNDOWN - 6-1 loss at Saint Mary's College (Ind.)
  • The Belles of Saint Mary's College dropped just two games en route to claiming the doubles point Saturday night on the campus of Notre Dame.

  • Kennedy Horner earned IU Kokomo's lone point of the match, outlasting her opponent 6-3, 2-6, 13-11 at No. 5 singles for her third singles win of the weekend.
