KOKOMO, Ind. - The Indiana University Kokomo women's golf program has released their 2025 recruiting class, a class that features three student-athletes, with two being incoming freshmen and the third being a current IU Kokomo student.

Led by head coach Brandi Jones, the Cougars are set to make a push towards the top of the River States Conference in the 2025-2026 school year, having finished fifth at the 2025 River States Conference Championship in April.

2025 Recruiting Class:

Noelle Hutchings | Plymouth, IN | Plymouth High School
Noelle comes to Kokomo this fall after recently graduating from Plymouth High School, where she finished in the top five percent of her graduating class. A four year varsity letter-winner and sister of senior golfer Anna Hutchings, she earned both All-Conference and Academic All-Conference honors while qualifying for regionals twice and winning the conference once.

Hutchings plans to major in Graphic Design while at IU Kokomo.

Chloe McFaddin | Bedford, IN | Bedford North Lawrence High School
Fresh off of closing out her freshman year of college at IU Kokomo, Chloe is set to join the women's golf program this fall. In her prep career at Bedford North Lawrence, she helped lead her team to four Sectional titles and a pair of IHSAA State Finals appearances, earning All-Conference honors while excelling in the classroom.

McFaddin is in her second year of the nursing program at IU Kokomo.

Layla Stearns | Monticello, IN | Twin Lakes High School
Layla will join the IU Kokomo family this fall as an incoming freshman from Twin Lakes High School, where she graduated with Academic Honors. She was Honorable Mention All-Hoosier Conference and earned the Hoosier Conference award, choosing IUK due to the proximity to home and the opportunity to play college golf while 

Stearns will study Radiology and Medical Imaging in her time at IU Kokomo.
